PWSS is a non-profit, board-directed volunteer organization with a small staff, that works hand in hand with our community and Grasslands National Park promoting the conservation of the native prairie landscapes while inviting the exploration and appreciation of prairie culture and natural history.
Our formal partnership agreement with Grasslands National Park is reviewed every five years.
In addition to the visitor services offered at the Little Brick Schoolhouse, PWSS publishes the Field Guide to Grasslands National Park, sells park memorabelia and operates this website.
